About CondViva
CondViva is a platform provided by Caprise LTDA that supports communication and daily operations for condos, management companies, residents, employees, and authorized individuals.
Available features depend on the subscription, settings, and permissions defined by the condo or the responsible management company.
Access and account
Access may require an invitation, an association with a condo, and identity verification. You must provide accurate information and keep your details up to date.
Your account and access codes are personal. Do not share credentials, and notify the support service provided by your condo or CondViva if you notice misuse.
Responsible use
Use the app only for legitimate purposes related to the condo. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or publish content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on rights.
By submitting text, images, documents, or other content, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and remain responsible for its accuracy and legality.
Operational features
Invitations, bookings, notices, package records, incident reports, facial recognition, and other features support operations but do not replace security procedures, human verification, or the condo’s internal rules.
A confirmation displayed in the app does not, by itself, guarantee that an action has taken place in the physical environment. If there is a discrepancy, contact management or the responsible team.
Availability and changes
We strive to keep CondViva available and secure, but interruptions, maintenance, connection failures, or necessary changes may occur. Features may be fixed, updated, replaced, or discontinued.
Responsibilities
Each user is responsible for the use of their account and the information they record. The condo or management company is responsible for its internal rules, authorizations, registrations, and operational decisions.
Caprise is responsible for the service within the limits of applicable law and the relevant agreement, without assuming obligations belonging to the condo, management company, users, or third parties.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended to protect users and the service, fulfill a condo’s request, comply with a legal obligation, or investigate a violation of these Terms.
Closing an account does not mean that every record will be deleted immediately. Information may be retained when necessary for condo records, the exercise of rights, or compliance with legal obligations.
Intellectual property
CondViva’s brand, app, code, design, and proprietary content belong to Caprise or its licensors. Access to the service does not transfer those rights to the user.
Updates to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or the law. When a change is significant, we may provide notice through available channels.
Contact and governing law
For questions, use the support channels provided by your condo or CondViva. The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply, without prejudice to the user’s legally guaranteed rights.
